Welcome to Moove chat, well now you have done the hardest part, loading Moove and now for the rest, I will not explain all you need to know, as I have found there is a lot of help on Moove in one way or another, but what I have found is the little things people tend to forget to mention.

How do you know if you’re in web mode?

On the COMMUNITY Page (the main page you see when you log onto Moove) the easy way to see is to go to your own nick (TOP LEFT) click on it scroll down to the bottom where there SHOULD be a green band saying tour on line, if it is Yellow read what it says now if its WEB MODE and this is what you have to sort.

1)   Do you have a firewall???

2)   Do you have a router???

Now to sort the problems, on the main page are help ( see pic 1)

Now don’t despair there are help sites, some are on Moove it self the others you have to go to, I have them here for you, for routers, go to the sites I have listed

I have been informed by a few that the Moove help sites do not open for some on here, so just copy and paste it into your IE (Internet Explorer) and try there
